Policy Scope
This return policy applies to digital product packages offered by SpecFit on scyxaronllphodul.world, including personalized micro-training plan subscriptions and associated plan update services.
Cancellation Before Delivery
If you request cancellation before initial plan preparation begins, you may receive a full refund for the current billing period. Requests should include your name, purchase reference, and contact email used during intake.
Cancellation After Delivery Starts
Once personalized plan development has started, refunds may be adjusted to reflect completed work. Partial credits may be provided when substantial undelivered service remains in the active cycle.
Recurring Plan Cancellation
For monthly packages, cancellation applies to future cycles and does not automatically reverse the already active cycle. To avoid next-cycle billing, cancellation should be submitted before the renewal date.
Dispute Resolution Workflow
If you believe billing or delivery was incorrect, contact SpecFit with a detailed summary. We review account events, delivery records, and communication history to reach a practical resolution. Most cases are addressed within five business days.
Non-Returnable Situations
Completed personalized digital materials that were delivered in full for the current cycle may not be eligible for refund except where required by law. Policy abuse, repeated chargeback misuse, or fraudulent activity may limit future return eligibility.
